Our courses
I offer courses approved by the Slovak Nordic Walking Association (SNWA). All SNWA courses are led by certified instructors according to the Modern Nordic Walking methodology.

Course types
Standard courses for individuals
The courses last from 2 to 6 hours depending on the course.We aslo have a shorter course for seniors, or persons with weaker physical condition. We provide the walking poles free of charge during the course.

We follow the standard Modern Nordic Walking Academy methodology. The duration of the courses can be adjusted to the needs of the customer, including tailoring them to the needs of persons with various health issues or disabilities.

Combined courses
Enjoy the benefits of intensive English learning classes and active movement. During the intensive English course, you will master the basics of Nordic walking. We offer the basic Nordic walking course in combination with:
