2Is there an age limit for nordic walkingNo, there is no age limit. One can start at any age.
3Can small children do nordic walkingYes, we even recommend it, because they develop the correct body posture. On top of that, nordic walking has a positive effet on the child´s mental condition.

7Do you provide courses outside Prešov and its vicinityIf there is an interest from an organization yes. For indivudal participants the best option is to find a course on the SNWA website which is closest to your place of living.
8Do I need to have th waling poles for the courseNo, you do not need to. We will lend the poles free of charge during the course.
9Is it true that nordic walking can help even persons with 2nd type diabetes.Yes, it is true. There are studies which confirmed the positive effect of this activitiy on the course of this disease. It is even possible to get rid of this type of diabetes, unless it was inherited but acquired.
